Gear Design Calculation

Gear Design Calculation is a repetitive process of solving mathematical equations. For optimal performance of a gear pair during its life cycle follwoing need to be taken care of

1)Best combination of module,
2)Number of teeth,
3)Gear correction,
4)Helix angle and
5)Material is to be selected out of number of possible combinations.

Achieving this with manual calculation is a hilarious task. Even using judgment based on experience may be a risky proposal.

Above problems can be solved by designing a gear pair using a newly developed computer tool GEAR DESIGN developed by Concurrent Solutions for all Industries.

The Gear Design Analyzes

1)‘Spur and Helical gears’ with various combinations of module,
2)Number of teeth,
3)Gear correction,
4)Helix angle and
5)Material quickly,

Gear Design Tool Provide the following Benefits

It is a accurate and reliable tool and does not require any special experience or training.

It is helpful in both the situations of New Design and Reverse Engineering (adopting existing design with alternate tooth data).

It provides a mathematical comparison to select best out of the various alternatives , increasing confidence of design.

Results of every calculation / analysis carried out are always saved as soft copy in computer and can be referred any time. There is no need of keeping the hard copies of record.

Output results are available in the form of operating data, tooth data, gear dimensional data, performance data, material data and factor of safety. These details also help in generating manufacturing drawings of a gear pair from embodiment layout.

International Monetary Funds(IMF) classified India to have medium level vulnerability

Due to sharp decline in consumer confidence and dramatic fall in economic activity the global financial system is at halt, and India isn't immune to that. But there is some thing to cheer about for India,International Monetary Funds(IMF) classified India to have medium level vulnerability, where as for developed countries the economies suffered a first full year contraction since World War 2.World output in 2009 is for casted to grow by 2.2% and developing economies for cast 5.1%.

Major recession times which the World faced from 1900 to 2008 are World War 1,Great Depression 1930,World War 2,Korean War,Credit Squeeze,Vietnam War,OPEC crises stagflation,1978 Crash,Bond Crash,Sept 11 Recession,Sub prime Crisis.

Visiting Taronga zoo in Sydney is one of favourite adventures while I am in Australia.

Visiting Taronga zoo in Sydney is one of favourite adventures while I am in Australia.

Its a true place to see what nature has to offer us.Taking the falcon street exist travelling north of harbour bridge, going straight to military road Tarongo Zoo is a place to be.Remember to pay with your MasterCard to save 15% admission fees.Annual passes/Guest are also available online

The difference of this zoo which impressed me was its location.Located just on the harbour facing towards landmarks like opera house and harbour bridge There isn't any place better then this to view of the while Sydney city at once.

Its a place of lots of things happening at once so proper planing pays, its recommended to visit the information centre to check whats happening at the moment you arrive at the Zoo.Energy Australia Seal show is one of them which cannot be missed and if you get the front row nothing like that.

Other thinks like keeper talks for different animals like elephant, giraffe and Chimpanzee are my favourite.

No wonder the Indian connection in Taronga zoo cannot be ignored
